We are also on call outside of our business to attend emergencies. Emergencies are often considered to involve a certain amount of pain, fever, discomfort, swelling, or believe to be infectious in nature. For example, dental implants, dental whitening, braces, dental aligners, a regular dental exam or a small chip which is not causing pain are not considered an emergency, and the dentist on call might decline to attend to the clinic outside of our regular business hours. In order to be attended outside of our regular scheduling, we do ask that you leave us a voicemail stating the nature of the problem, your name and phone number. If a message is not left we cannot return your call. Your call will be returned immediately only if it is considered to be an emergency, otherwise it will be returned during our next business day during regular business hours. Please complete the form below if you wish to be contacted by e-mail. We will try our best to schedule your appointment near the chosen time and date, but do not guarantee availibilty and will contact you by either phone or e-mail to schedule a time and date that fits your needs.
