New Patients

We are always accepting new patients and would be pleased to have the opportunity to provide dental care for you and your family. When visiting our office for the first time, we will begin by completing a new patient examination to determine the appropriate treatment plan for you. We ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early to complete the required paperwork and forms.

Our office is currently open 4 days a week:

Monday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Appointment Policy

In order to ensure high quality dental-care for all patients, appointments are required for all visits. If you are unable to make it for a scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice, so that your previously reserved time may be given to another patient. Failure to do so will lead to a late charge being applied. We prioritize timeliness in our practice, and ask that you arrive a few minutes early for any scheduled appointments. In order to respect the time of other patients, if you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to serve you at that time.

Insurance Policy

We are able to bill directly to most dental plans, including LIUNA plans. You only pay your deductible/ the percentage outlined by your insurance company. Please keep in mind that your insurance plan is a contract between you and the insurance carrier / your employer. As such, you are required to be responsible for your account, not the insurance carrier.

We ask that you provide our front desk team with your policy numbers / coverage information. It is important that you inform us of any changes to your current dental insurance policy and personal information. Where possible, we will assist you in optimizing the benefits available under your policy. To avoid any confusion, please make sure that your insurance information is always up to date.

Our office will submit your claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Most payments are processed within a few days. When more extensive treatment is planned, we will send a detailed estimate to the insurance carrier(s) involved. In most cases, the insurance company will follow up about the estimate within 2-3 weeks. Please look for it in your mail/ e-mail and notify us when you have received a response, so that we may book the necessary appointments and expedite your treatment.

Payment Policy

We accept most insurance plans. We require all accounts to be settled within 30 days from the date the claim is incurred. We accept debit card payments as well as most major credit cards. For accounts that remain unpaid for over 60 days past due, a 1% interest charge per month (12% per annum) is applied from the date of service. In order to avoid these charges, prompt payment is encouraged. Please make sure to notify us of any changes in your personal information or insurance coverage, so that our records are accurate and payments are processed smoothly.
